Recommended Products for Good Health
Sound Machine
What we use in the clinic to put up a relaxing sound wall. Click on the product link to find previews of all the sound possibilities.
100% Cotton
Throw Blanket
These are what we use in the clinic for treatment coziness. They stand up to hundreds of washings.
100% Beeswax Candles
These burn cleanly, and give a subtle honey scent. Perfect for creating a cozy, relaxing vibe! Please burn them on a safe surface.
Tea Blend
We use this one for the steam / cleansing phase of our Facial Rejuvenation treatments at the clinic. But it’s lovely as a cup of relaxing tea to drink, too!
Ginger Tea
Good for “cold” digestive issues, but also our favorite warm-up on a foggy day.
Tea for Colds/Flu
Keep this in the cabinet just in case. If you feel a cold coming on, drink down a hot cup and pile on the covers to “sweat it out.”
Fenugreek Tea
Even hospitals recommend this to promote lactation.
Mouth Tape
Try using this mouth tape if you have not been prescribed a C-PAP machine for snoring. Looks scary but works well!
Heating Pad
Heat is better than ice for healing and promoting circulation. This heat pad gives cozy blanket vibes, and is large enough to wrap around an appendage or to cover your whole lower back area.
Hot Water Bottle
If you need a heat application and don’t want to use an electric device, this hot water bottle stays warm a long time due to its cozy cover. Grandmother approved!
Castor Oil
Use castor oil packs nightly as part of your self-care routine. Start with this high-quality castor oil, which also makes a great moisturizing face or hair mask.
Castor Oil Flannel
Use these lovely flannels for your castor oil therapy.

Castor Oil Wrap
You’ll need a pack wrap to keep your castor oil flannel in place; we prefer the tie method to velcro because it’s more comfortable to wear at night.
Tea Tree
Shampoo
For scalp health, it’s important to stay away from shampoos with sodium lauryl sulfate. Top pick for clean hair without the flakes.
Bulk Shampoo
When you’re sure you loooove the Tea Tree Triple Treat Shampoo, get the economy size!
Conditioner Bar
A cosmetologist recommended Viori’s hair conditioner bars for their ability to confer moisture to hair without creating the waxy film of commercial products. We particularly love the Rice Water Protein / Moisturizing bar (Terrace Garden scent), and the one with Castor Oil and Biotin (Chamomile Rose scent). Heavenly!
Balance Ball Chair
If you suffer from back pain that gets worse when you sit for awhile, this chair is for you; it engages your core and works on your balance, all while sitting at your desk.
Sleep Mask
To keep out light pollution, and for travel, these sleep masks are the BEST: comfortable even for side sleepers, and you can literally blink in them.
Tooth Powder
Flouride-free toothpaste that helps remineralize teeth.
Dental Floss
You already KNOW that you’re supposed to floss! This amazing product expands when it’s between your teeth, helping it pull out every last smidgen of food debris. Plus it contains no teflon - a “forever” chemical - which some brands use for that smooth feeling. Best not add to the chemical overload!
Tallow Face Cream
Love love LOVE this face cream. Tallow is deeply moisturizing, but sometimes doesn’t smell nice. This one smells good, and has a delightful whipped texture.! A little goes a long way! Full of vitamins A and D in their natural form, plus affords a bit of sun protection (not necessarily SPF).
Alarm Clock
This little beauty will help you keep your cell phone out of your room. This clock is truly silent, and will not cast the red glow that plug-in clocks will do. Part of an excellent sleep hygiene plan.
Blue Light
Glasses
These are a must if you spend more than a few minutes at your computer. Protect your eyes (and brain) from excessive blue light!
Toe Seperator
Keeping your toes spread helps with the alignment of the feet, which has a chain reaction up to the ankles, knees, back … and even the shoulders and neck. Plus the feet send important signals to the brain, contributing to cognitive health. Wear these at home for a simple way to keep these feedback loops in place.
Organic Tampons
We may not think much about our exposure to chlorine, but it’s a consideration when we’re talking about very delicate body parts!
Wild Yam Salve
This lovely wild yam cream has been around for a long time. Helpful for menopausal vaginal dryness, it contains NO hormones, only herbal precursors.
Neti Pot
For seasonal allergies or chronic congestion, a Neti pot is a must!
Neti Pot Salt
Use these salts with your Neti pot for the complete nasal passage-clearing experience.
